A Romantic All-Inclusive Wedding at The Magnolia Venue | Brandy & Johnny’s Smoky Mountain Celebration

Nestled high above Pigeon Forge with sweeping views of the Great Smoky Mountains, The Magnolia Wedding Venue is one of East Tennessee’s most sought-after mountaintop locations for couples seeking an unforgettable celebration. Brandy & Johnny’s intimate spring wedding is a perfect example of how magical and seamless an all-inclusive wedding package in the Smoky Mountains can be.

With just 32 guests, a heartfelt ceremony, vibrant florals, and a smooth, beautifully coordinated timeline, their April celebration showcased everything couples love about destination weddings in Pigeon Forge—elevated design, personal moments, and breathtaking scenery.

A Relaxed and Beautiful Start to the Day

Brandy & Johnny’s wedding morning began as vendors arrived at 10:00 am, including hair and makeup artist Tori Stewart Jackson and the couple’s coordinator, from Custom Love Gifts & Events, the parent company of All in the Details Event Planning. The Magnolia’s mountaintop bridal suite provided a serene and bright setting for Brandy to get ready, while the groom and his party relaxed onsite.

Photographer Amanda & Chad Photo arrived at noon to begin detail photos, candid moments, and preparation for a romantic first look at 2:15 pm. Capturing this moment ahead of the ceremony allowed Brandy & Johnny to enjoy a heartfelt private reveal surrounded by mountain views—one of the many benefits of a custom, all-inclusive wedding timeline.

Wedding party photos followed, filled with laughter, supportive friends, and the excitement of the day truly beginning.

A Vibrant Floral Ceremony Overlooking the Smokies

The ceremony décor featured lush, colorful spring florals by Vintage Floral Designs, arranged on The Magnolia’s iconic wooden arbor. Peonies, ranunculus, roses, and greenery brought a bright, romantic feel to the mountaintop backdrop—perfect for a late April celebration.

At 3:30 pm, guests arrived to the sounds of prelude music, filling the ceremony deck with soft conversation and anticipation. An unplugged announcement ensured everyone stayed present and device-free, enhancing the emotion and intimacy of the moment.

A Heartfelt Ceremony With Family at the Center

The ceremony began at 4:00 pm with a meaningful, family-focused processional:

  • Bridal party and loved ones walked individually
  • Kirstin, the bride’s daughter, walked proudly as Maid of Honor
  • Flower girl Ahai and ring bearers SJ & Harrison walked together, delivering rings to officiant Chuck O’Connor
  • And finally—Brandy walked down the aisle with her father, Randy

The mountains stretched behind them as they exchanged vows, creating the kind of breathtaking, unforgettable moment The Magnolia is known for. As Brandy & Johnny shared their “I do’s,” the sky was clear, the view was endless, and the joy was unmistakable.

After the recessional, the couple began the sweet tradition of taking photos with each attending couple before heading off for family and wedding party portraits.

A Cozy, Elegant Reception at The Magnolia

The reception space reflected The Magnolia’s natural beauty with warm wood textures, white linens, and pops of floral color. The couple utilized their all-inclusive planning package to create a cohesive, elevated design with rentals from Something Borrowed featuring:

  • Wooden slab centerpieces
  • Gold chargers and knotted napkins
  • Bud vases with coordinating florals
  • Gold votives and candlelight
  • A beautifully styled sweetheart table with “Mr. & Mrs.” signage

Champagne was pre-poured at each guest table for a celebratory toast—a thoughtful detail requested by the bride.

Cocktail hour began at 4:30 pm, with guests enjoying drinks from Elite on the Rocks while the couple finished portraits. By 5:30 pm, Brandy & Johnny made their grand entrance as “Mr. & Mrs.” and shared a delicious Southern-inspired meal catered by Dead End BBQ.

Toasts, cake cutting, and dances flowed seamlessly throughout the evening, including:

  • Heartfelt speeches from Nick, Angie, and Kirstin
  • First dance on the patio
  • Parent dances
  • A bouquet toss
  • Sunset photos at 7:45 pm, capturing golden light across the mountains

As the sky dimmed, the dance floor came alive with music from Stephen Goff Entertainment, creating an energetic, joy-filled evening.

Beautiful Details That Made the Day Unique

Brandy put so much thought into the details she incorporated into her all-inclusive package. She brought:

  • A custom welcome sign with easel
  • A card box
  • Champagne flutes
  • A personalized cake stand and knife
  • Gold chargers, bud vases, and wood slices
  • Chair sashes for the ceremony
  • A shelf decorated with champagne glasses for cocktail hour
  • A seating chart perfectly suited for The Magnolia’s layout

These touches blended perfectly with the included linens, rentals, and design elements from Something Borrowed by CLG to create a cohesive, polished aesthetic.

A Sweet Finish to a Perfect Smoky Mountain Wedding

As the evening came to a close, guests gathered for Brandy & Johnny’s bubble and wand send-off—a whimsical and joyful end to their celebration. Their final private dance at 9:55 pm allowed the couple to soak in one last moment together before departing into the night.

From the emotional ceremony to the lively reception, Brandy & Johnny’s wedding day was filled with meaning, beauty, and effortless flow—exactly what every couple hopes for when planning an all-inclusive wedding in the Smoky Mountains.
