Tucked into the rolling hills of Pigeon Forge, Parkside Resort’s Skyview Pavilion and Banquet Hall create a dreamlike setting for couples who want the beauty of the Smoky Mountains paired with the convenience of an all-inclusive wedding package. Andreya & Clarence’s April wedding was the perfect blend of heartfelt family moments, stunning scenery, and elevated design—proving just how magical a destination wedding in East Tennessee can truly be.
With 66 of their closest friends and family, a soft spring color palette, and a seamless timeline coordinated by All In The Details Event Planning, their celebration at Parkside was unforgettable from start to finish.
A Peaceful and Beautiful Start to the Day
The wedding morning began at 10:00 am, when vendors arrived to begin preparations. Hair and makeup artists Amber & Sarah styled the bridal party while photographer Derek Halkett captured the carefully curated details—luxurious lace heels, rose-gold invitation suites, bridal jewelry, and Clarence’s wedding rings laid across his ostrich leather boots.
The Skyview Pavilion, with its warm wood interior and panoramic mountain-facing windows, transformed as Melissa Timm Designs installed lush florals in shades of blush, burgundy, mauve, and cream. The triangle-shaped boho arbor from Marsh Made Designs created a breathtaking focal point that paired perfectly with the natural wood backdrop.

A No-First-Look Ceremony Filled With Emotion
As guests arrived at 2:30 pm to the sound of prelude music, the ceremony aisle lined with white lanterns and floral ground arrangements set a romantic, intimate tone. Signs reading “Love is patient, love is kind” guided guests down the aisle—a sentimental touch brought by the bride.
At 3:00 pm, Rev. Steve Craft opened with an unplugged ceremony announcement, inviting everyone to be fully present. Clarence took his place at the arbor, visibly emotional as the processional began.
The wedding party included a meaningful mix of siblings, cousins, and close friends:
- Junior bridesmaid Oakliegh walking with junior groomsman Carlie
- Kylie with Asher
- Lela with Wesley
- Ronada with Winston
- Bethany with Christopher
- Pricilla with Austin
- Jackie with Rusty
- Two Maid-of-Honor entrances featuring Madison and Marissa
- Adorable flower girls Kate & Kendall
- Ring bearers David (9) and Ivy (3)
Finally—Andreya walked down the aisle with her father, Windel, the golden afternoon light filling the pavilion behind her. Her lace gown shimmered softly, and the joy on both their faces made it a moment no one would forget.
After their heartfelt vows, the couple exited to applause, sealing the ceremony with a kiss as guests rose to celebrate.

Cocktail Hour in the Banquet Hall
While the wedding party stayed behind for portraits, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the Banquet Hall beginning at 3:30 pm. The couple provided beautifully organized DIY catering, with Andreya & Clarence’s families helping coordinate food and drinks. Vital Event Services served cocktails while wooden crates, décor pieces, and floral accents from Melissa Timm made the space warm and inviting.
Ceremony florals were repurposed to the reception, adding lush dimension to centerpieces on the round tables.
By 4:20 pm, guests were invited to take their seats for the grand entrance.
A Celebration Filled With Love, Laughter, and Style
The newlyweds entered the reception at 4:30 pm, smiling ear to ear as they were introduced simply as “Andreya & Clarence”—a sweet, intentional detail.
Dinner opened with a blessing from William, followed by a delicious buffet-style meal prepared lovingly by family. Toasts from the father of the bride and the two maids of honor brought both laughter and tears.
At 5:45 pm, the couple cut their elegant three-tier cake from Heidi’s Home Cooking, accented with burgundy carnations and soft blush blooms. The acrylic stand added a modern, elevated touch.
Andreya & Clarence shared their first dance moments later, followed by emotional parent dances that highlighted just how close-knit both families are.

A Reception Designed With Intention
The reception décor blended romance and rustic elegance with rentals from our sister company Something Borrowed by CLG:
- Blush linens and burgundy tied napkins
- A head table for 10 featuring taper candles, greenery, florals, and personalized “Mr & Mrs” wooden signage
- Lantern centerpieces with repurposed ceremony florals
- Chair covers and sashes brought by the couple
- Guest favors: adorable jars of local honey
- Custom welcome sign, ceremony cross, and aisle signage
- Tableware rentals including water glasses, wine glasses, easels, lanterns, and an acrylic cake stand
Every detail felt cohesive and thoughtfully curated—proof of the beauty of a custom-designed all-inclusive wedding package in the Smokies.

Golden Hour Magic in the Smoky Mountains
At 6:30 pm, the couple slipped away for sunset portraits along Foothills Parkway and Parkside Resort’s incredible overlooks. The result? Jaw-dropping, glowing images with endless layers of the Smoky Mountains behind them.
Whether they were framed by the sunset, standing along the mountain roadway, or embraced on a stone overlook, Andreya & Clarence glowed with pure happiness. These golden hour photos captured the essence of why couples choose Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains for their destination wedding.

A Perfect Ending to a Perfect Smoky Mountain Wedding
As the evening continued, the dance floor opened at 6:10 pm, filled with laughter, country music, and celebration. Last call at 9:00 pm ensured a smooth close to the evening, and by 9:55 pm, a final farewell moment (a grand exit in style!) gave Andreya & Clarence one last magical memory before departing.
Their day was a reflection of love, family, and the stunning beauty of the Smokies—exactly what an all-inclusive wedding at Parkside Resort is designed to deliver.
